Steps to join CBSX for Non-CBOE Members:
- Complete the Non-CBOE Member Permit Holder Application (below).
- Provide the CBOE Membership Department with a copy of your organization's Operating Agreement/Articles of Incorporation, State Certificate of Formation and most recent financial statements along with the Permit Holder Application.
- Each responsible person must submit a signed CBSX Individual Consent to Jurisdiction form (below). CBSX requires this form from the individual signing the application, if different from the Responsible Person.
- Provide CBOE Membership with a completed Clearing Member Connectivity Guarantee (below).
